Group Events

Beyond our social events and hikes/ski weekends, we are proud of our "Research Retreat Week" where we go for a week to work together in a scenic location. Here we can strengthen the skills that everyone needs for science but which are not formally taught in a course of studies, use the afternoons/evenings for undistracted paper writing, and follow up with social evenings and hotly contested poster/presentation challenges.

Taking advantage of the only damp day in April to hike by the Tegernsee lake and enjoy the Tegernseer Bräuhaus.
