Gender Equality Measures

The GRK 1621 supports, inter alia, the promotion of equal opportunities and the reconciliation of family and science with the following measures:

• Fexible childcare
  In order to improve and enhance work and family life, TU Dresden would like to actively support its employees as a family-friendly university. The TU Dresden and the agency Mary Poppins Dresden have concluded an agreement on the use of flexible child care. The GRK 1621 uses this offer from Mary Poppins for his employees for gender equality measures.
• Operating costs for a nursery workplace
  The GRK 1621 participates in the actual costs of the sale of nursery occupations, financed from equality funds of the DFG.
