Long night of sciences in krone building

The doors of the Hermann-Krone building opened at the 15 June, 2018 for the "Long Night of Sciences". Visitors were able to comprehend modern research in the faculty of physics in several booths. The institute of nuclear and particle physics and the "Netzwerk Teilchenwelt" presented "quarks, electrons and co.". The chair of didactics and the IAP arranged "hands-on physics - experience interesting experiments" and the IAP stand was entitled "playing with light". Altogether 800 visitors came to the Krone building, many pupils among them.
