As a rule-of-thumb you will receive approximately 1-2 ECTS points per SWS (weekly hour) lecture or seminar for example.
Please look at the module descriptions for ECTS Points(overview see last pages):

- Master - English Version Master module description (inofficial translation)
The TU Dresden can only award ECTS points according to our own ECTS points course catalogue regardless of what the student would be rewarded at his/her home university.

Examinations
Erasmus students don't enrol in Selma for the examinations. The lecturer has to be informed in advance that they will take part in the examination as an Erasmus student. In case a grade for the course is needed they have to agree with the lecturer to have a separate examination (e.g. oral exam). After this the lecturer issues an Course Attendance Certificate Form.
