Courses

The Chair for Work and Organizational Psychology mainly teaches in the areas of Bachelor of Psychology, Masters in Psychology: Human Performance in Socio-Technical Systems (HPSTS) and Psychology as a subsidiary subject.

We are an international team of work, organizational and personnel psychologists (WOP), who are from the traditional Dresden school of the AO psychology. We are especially interested in the humane and efficient organization of work and organizations. We consistently implement our scientifically well-founded findings in practical instruments and interventions. We achieve this through interdisciplinary cooperation.
