Here you will find an overview of past ESADD courses - and get a feeling of the past and future ESADD spirit!
ESADD provides participants with an advanced educational experience, covering state-of-the-art science in addiction research, e.g. aetiology, neurobiology, disease patterns, epidemiology, prevention, treatment, Public Health and policy aspects as well as the training of academic skills.
The program is adapted to the complexity of the subject and reflects the necessary knowledge of a PhD/MD candidate in the field of addiction research.
ESADD is advised an supported by a Scientific Advisory Board. The Board meets during every ESADD course, evaluates the program and selects the participants. Some members of the advisory board also give lectures during the course - beyond that we recruit international addiction experts to give courses and workshops during ESADD seminar weeks.
Even though ESADD is being restructured at the moment, the basic elements - and what made ESADD great in the eyes of past participants - will be continue to play a major role in future ESADD courses.
