Finished research projects

Until 2015, the head of the professorship was involved in research projects of the State Office for Gambling Addiction in Bavaria on the following topics as part of his parallel activities at the IFT Institute für Therapieforschung in Munich:

  • Supply structure for persons with pathological gambling behaviour (Grüne et al.,2015a)
  • Catamnesis study of treated gamblers (Grüne et al., 2015b; Grüne et al., 2016c)
  • Family gambling motives (Sleczka et al., 2015a; Sleczka et al., 2015b and Sleczka et al., 2016a; Sleczka et al., 2016b; Sleczka et al., 2017)
  • Overview of gambling offers (Kraus et al., 2015)
  • Use of treatment options (Bühringer, 2015 and Braun et al., 2014)
  • Prevention (Braun, Kräplin & Bühringer, 2014)
  • Diagnostic characteristics (Sleczka et al. , 2015).
