Teaching evaluation
Psychology courses are evaluated online each semester by students on the basis of the central ZQA guidelines.

Teaching Award
The Faculty of Psychology awards the "Karl and Charlotte Bühler Prize for Excellent Teaching" to lecturers who have achieved very good results in teaching evaluations.

Student teachers
The Chair of Psychology of Learning and Instruction under the direction of Prof. Susanne Narciss ( ) is responsible for the coordination of psychology training in the teacher training courses.

Depending on the degree program, student teachers attend the following lectures as part of their psychology modules:
- Fundamentals of the Psychology of Teaching and Learning I
- Fundamentals of the Psychology of Teaching and Learning II
- Developmental psychology basics for the teaching profession
To deepen their knowledge of the lecture topics, all student teachers have the opportunity to choose 2 compulsory elective seminars from the following subject areas:
- Motivation in teaching-learning situations
- Diagnosis and support in teaching-learning processes
- Measurement and assessment of learning outcomes
- Interaction and communication in teaching-learning situations
- Applied learning psychology
- Applied memory psychology
- Differential conditions and effects in teaching-learning situations
- Self-regulation in teaching-learning situations
- Learning difficulties
- Development in teaching-learning situations
- Stress in teaching-learning situations
The Chair of Psychology of Learning and Instruction has developed materials and assessment aids for conducting the seminars and assessing seminar performance, whichcan be requested from Dr. Claudia Schulze().

The Faculty of Psychology maintains a wide range of university collaborations with partner universities within and outside Europe, thus promoting international academic and intercultural exchange. The various funding and exchange programs, including ERASMUS, give foreign students the opportunity to study at TU Dresden. Prof. Susanne Narciss( ) is the international representative of the Faculty of Psychology.
The ERASMUS coordinators M.Sc. Judith Josupeit() and Dr. Philipp Kruse() will be happy to support you as a lecturer in dealing with international students who wish to take part in your regular courses or make an individual agreement.

General Studies
Psychology lectures can also be opened to students of other degree programs at TU Dresden. The courses are coordinated TU-wide by integrale . (Registration of psychology courses via )
