Italy
For anyone who has always wanted to learn Italian, the Winter School in Italian Language and Culture is the perfect place to start.
What is it?
The Winter School, which takes place in the heart of Venice, offers you a language course (30 hours) for beginners and a cultural program to get to know Venice better.

Italy
2-week interdisciplinary Winter School on the development of international migration.
What?
2-week interdisciplinary Winter School on the evolution of international migration.
The main focus of the Winter School will be for participants to explore how cities can help young migrants feel truly integrated. Participants will also have the opportunity to use creative methods such as digital storytelling, creating videos, photo stories, sound recordings, interviews and much more.
When?

Italy
The CELL Winter School is a program designed to introduce participants to the challenges and opportunities of applying physical methods to living systems. It offers an interdisciplinary environment in which young scientists can explore how physics - in experimental, theoretical and computational form - improves our understanding of biological processes and also has implications for medicine, biotechnology and basic research.
When?
January 12 - 23, 2026 + 1 online session on February 23
Who?
Bachelor students who are in their 3rd year of study and Master students of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics or interdisciplinary degree programs where one of the above subjects is part of the course plan.

South Korea
Chungnam National University is offering the Winter School WILL at the beginning of January 2026. WILL stands for Winter for International Learners and Leaders and interested students can get to know the Korean language and culture better in the 2-week course.

South Korea
Dankook University is once again offering a ten-day Winter School for students this winter.
What?
Winter School with language course and cultural program. With the language course you can get 1 ECTS. The cultural program includes a ski trip, preparing kimchi yourself, K-POP dance course and much more.

The 2-week program brings together 15 Keio University students and 25 international students from around the world to learn about Japan from different perspectives.
