The ServiceCenterStudies is here to answer all your questions regarding your studies at TU Dresden. We strive to help you with your request or, if necessary, we will refer you to the right service point for your request. Our goal is to support you through all phases of your studies – from deciding what to study to starting and completing your degree. Please use for your questions also the Counseling Compass.

You can contact the ServiceCenterStudies via the service hotline or in person at the Servicepoint. All questions are answered in German and English. We do our best to answer your questions as fast as we can, but please be patient if you don’t hear back from us the next day – a ticketing system assures that no inquiry gets lost.
The Servicepoint is located in the Fritz-Foerster-Bau (FOE). You are welcome to ask all questions concerning your academic studies or about your Campuscard and you can also hand in forms here.

Sound advice is the foundation for successful studies. To offer you the best service possible, we need you to tell us your enrollment/application number and your degree program when you phone or email us. TU Dresden students are kindly asked to use their TUD email address when they contact us.
