Workshops
In this online workshop for international students, we look at what you are putting off and why.
The main aim of the workshop is that you tackle a specific procrastinated task. You will get to know three methods and apply them together with students who feel the same way.
In this respect, this is a good opportunity to take the first steps towards overcoming procrastination and to get into successful action.
For this workshop you can receive a certificate of attendance. The workshop is free of charge. Stamps for the Health Passport can be collected.

Do you find it difficult to prepare for exams in good time? Is it hard for you to study with motivation and enjoyment? Do you suffer from exam nerves? Are there other things that prevent you from preparing for exams successfully?
This short workshop for international students offers background knowledge, tips and exercises on the topics of brain-friendly learning and self-efficacy.
With the support of the group, personal strategies can be reviewed and effective strategies for learning in everyday university life can be developed.
For this workshop you can receive a certificate of attendance. The workshop is free of charge. Stamps for the Health Passport can be collected.
