How is the new smartphone being received by users? What is the forecast for the next federal elections? Market, opinion and social researchers examine people's expectations, opinions and behaviour. Using scientifically proven and verifiable methods, they try to gain information about e.g. markets or population groups . The collected results are then processed into statistics, diagrams, analyses and forecasts. On this basis, the researchers then often make recommendations, e.g. for further improvements of a product.

Here, the optimization of strategies and structures within a company is one of your daily tasks. In addition, management consultancies often advise political institutions, with communications consultancy being an important area of activity for both political and management consultancy. Everyday work in management consultancy is varied, diverse and demanding. A high degree of willingness to travel and the ability to work under pressure is often required, because a large part of one's work takes place in the advised company. Only there can the consultants get to know the processes, the organisation and the structure of the company.
