You still have some seminar papers, slips, project reports or your thesis to write and you are already thinking: "Oh, this is going to be stressful"? Then try the asynchronous, stress management course "STRESSenziell" of the TU Dresden Writing Center!
This course can help you better understand your stress level within a week and show you starting points to change it. The program offers a guide on how to help yourself in stressful situations. You will need a maximum of 30 minutes each day to do this. For five consecutive days, you can acquire knowledge about stressors, try out various relaxation exercises, and reflect on your own stress symptoms and how you can learn to deal with them better. After all, stress is part of life in certain phases and can also be very productive.
