Deutschlandstipendium - Funding round 2026/27 - Faculty of Architecture and Landscape - PORTFOLIO
To apply for a Deutschlandstipendium, prospective or currently enrolled students at the Faculty of Architecture and Landscape at TU Dresden must submit a PORTFOLIO in addition to the general application materials.
In it, you show and explain the most important/best results of your previous explorations/study work and briefly introduce yourself. Give the sponsors an impression of you as a person, your motivation and your creative/constructive ideas and skills!
A well-designed and easy-to-handle PORTFOLIO is expected that fulfills the following
criteria:
CONTENT
1, personal details
- Curriculum vitae (short version, in tabular form)
- Current study situation - e.g. number of semesters, breaks, caring responsibilities, change of place of study, etc.; part-time job(s)
- intended subject orientation and current focus of studies
- Working method
2, Work samples
- Show the results of your work and briefly explain them. Be sure to include key data of the project, especially when and in what context the work was work was created. Include the names of the supervisors and other participants and, in in the case of group work the names of your teammates.
- The presentation of the work samples must be self-explanatory within the submitted portfolio and must not rely on any additional technology. You may only use a QR code to link to your digital portfolio for the purpose of providing more detailed explanations of the work shown.
DESIGN, SIZE AND FORMAT
- Preferably submit your PORTFOLIO as a booklet or brochure (staple stitching, thread stitching). The submission of a loose-leaf collection will only be accepted if the order of the sheets is clearly defined and labeled, the collection is curated and stored and presented in an appropriately equipped and lockable folder.
- Size and format are freely selectable, up to max. DIN A3

You are responsible for writing your application. For reasons of equal treatment, the Commission cannot offer consultations to create or optimize your PORTFOLIO.
