New leadership certificate "Successful leadership at TU Dresden"

Starting this year, the Center for Continuing Education is offering the new leadership certificate "Successful Leadership at TU Dresden".

How do you benefit from it? The certificate program

  • is diverse: You will receive a wide range of coordinated workshops, lectures, e-learning courses and individual coaching.
  • has a multiplying effect: All further training courses are designed with the leadership guidelines as a result of the TU Dresden leadership culture project and thus contribute to the implementation of the guidelines and the further development of the leadership culture.
  • contributes to career advancement: You will receive a certificate for participating in the program.
  • is sustainable: Participants in the program are professionally and individually supported in transferring the acquired skills to their everyday work.
