Try out humanities and social sciences at TUD's Fall University
TU Dresden invites prospective students from the age of 16 to get to know humanities, social sciences and business administration and economics during the fall break. From October 7 to 10, the Fall University offers a diverse program of workshops to help prospective students find out about their future course of study. You can register for individual or for several events. The program ranges from campus tours and lectures on selected fields of study (including business administration and economics, or teacher training) to workshops on choosing a degree program and a career. In addition, you will have many opportunities to talk to students who have already decided to study humanities or social sciences.
"Anyone who is interested in a degree in the humanities, social sciences or business administration and economics can take part in our Fall University – regardless of whether you are still at school, already have your university entrance qualification (Abitur), or are even studying but want to change your focus," says Franziska Klinkewitz, head of the Fall University. "The participants choose their own agenda. There will definitely be enough time to explore the university city of Dresden on your own and simply enjoy your vacation!"
The Fall University is organized by TU Dresden’s Central Student Information and Counseling Service. All events are free of charge.
