Job titles change - dynamics remain the same.

Prof. Katharina Bühn heads the Duale Hochschule Sachsen, where she teaches as a professor of business administration, human resources management, and leadership. Our June Alumna of the Month studied psychology and earned her doctorate in the field. “I chose this field of study because, ultimately, every industry deals with people. Job titles may change - but the dynamics remain the same,” she says.

At the beginning of her studies, she wanted to understand people - today she uses her skills to improve teams, decisions and communication between people. Looking back, her studies proved to be a universal toolbox for "real life".
