Tasks of the Directorate Budget and Purchases
The Directorate is responsible for all financial matters of the University, including the preparation of the annual financial statements.
In addition to budget settings and transfers, this includes clarifying VAT and income tax issues, the management of third-party funds, including keeping records, as well as procurements of all kinds with a net value of 5,000 euros or more in accordance with procurement guidelines.
