Processes Team

• We coordinate the exchange of all SLM process groups in collaboration with the process managers for application, admission and student management, study program development and course management.
• We develop standardized procedures, workflows and processes in the process groups of examination management and study program management and ensure legality, efficiency and feasibility in the campus management system. We also advise on operational issues within the framework of the standards in these process groups.
• We compile examination and doctoral student statistics and are the point of contact for examination-related reporting. We also publish the faculties' teaching reports.

Legal Services team for degree program development and processes

• We advise on study program development and ensure quality and legality in this context, in particular by reviewing study and examination regulations. At the same time, we oversee the procedures for establishing, changing and canceling study programs.
• Together with the process managers, we design legally compliant processes in SLM.

Technology team

• We provide the software infrastructure of the CampusNet campus management system for regular operations and take care of its maintenance and the elimination of faults.
• Together with the key users in the organizational units, we provide support for users.
• We modify or develop applications in line with new legal and procedural requirements. Together with the process managers involved, we then check the results and introduce the new applications.
