Unit 9.4 Occupational Health Services
Health protection and the active promotion of a healthy lifestyle lay the foundations for a fulfilling and productive working life for all members of staff and students. Occupational Health Services offers individual counseling on all aspects of healthy working with the aim of preventing work-related health problems and occupational illnesses, while at the same time promoting personal health. Occupational Health Services unites all health-related programs and measures under the motto “Together: Fit - Healthy - Productive.” Particular focus lies on the establishment and maintenance of a of healthy working, teaching and research environment, as well as on the integration of all members of staff and students.
We offer occupational health care for all TU Dresden employees on an appointment basis.
We are an occupational health practice, i.e. we do not provide general practitioner or D-doctor care or treatment. If you are sick please contact your family doctor. In case of an emergency please call 112.
We are subject to medical confidentiality.

Occupational Health Services is split between two locations:

Location 1: The occupational medicine team is located in the dormitory of the Student Union (Studentenwerk Dresden)

The submission of the completed data entry form 0.5b and/or the form for aptitude tests is now a prerequisite for setting up an appointment (particularly important: your email address + telephone number; signature + stamp from your supervisor as well as your signature):

for specific job categories (attachment 1 of German version), e.g. driving, job involving controlling and monitoring, job involving danger of falling or which takes place in a testing area (cat. A) according to the Radiation Regulations/X-Ray Regulations (StrlSchV/RöV) (only when hired) or aptitude test for a specific occasion - form for holistic preventive care - German Version or English Version
