The Unit Processes and Organizational Structures supports the Extended University Executive Board in realizing the strategic objectives of TU Dresden as a learning organization and modern employer. The aim is to strengthen the action-taking capacity of the organization and its members in order to be able to deal sustainably with the strong dynamics of change in the university's framework conditions, the ongoing digitalization of the world of work and the upheavals in the academic system.
Against this background, the Unit is particularly involved in the further development of administrative and service structures and the sustainable anchoring of process-oriented administrative and service thinking within TU Dresden.

Tasks

• Demand-oriented advice to the Extended University Executive Board on all questions of process management
• Structuring, setting up and maintaining the process landscape
• Documentation and analysis of process overviews and descriptions in order to safeguard existing expertise and for further use in the context of internal knowledge management measures
• Development of process optimization variants
