We provide comprehensive analyses of complex data structures from various sources to accurately capture all performance dimensions of TU Dresden. These data are distilled into clear, action-oriented KPI reports made available to our stakeholders. In this way, we support the Rectorate with evidence-based decision-making tools, enabling a strategically sound and goal-oriented development of the university.
