Shaping cultural change together - focus on fathers
Before starting a family, many couples want to share the care work. Young men in particular want to spend more time with their offspring and take on a more active role in care work. Couples have to negotiate what this means for their families, as there is no one-size-fits-all solution for balancing family and career. Take advantage of the two events to join in the discussion. Please note that the lecture and workshop will be held in German.
