Coaching for negotiation – Anja Henningsmeyer

On April 17, you can book between 9 and 16 hours a 50-minute coaching session with me for your specific case.

If you are interested, please register and fill out a questionnaire with your specific request at least four days in advance so that I can prepare for your coaching session.

Please note that this coaching focuses on negotiations in a work context. The sessions can be held in German or English language.

From 2008 to 2023, Anja served as the managing director of the Hessen Film and Media Academy (hFMA), a network of thirteen Hessian universities. She graduated as an art teacher and worked for many years as a freelance journalist before entering the film festival industry. In the 1990s, Anja lived in mainland China before moving to Hong Kong in 2000, where she and her partner opened a photo stock agency that served Western magazines with Chinese documentary photos.

Anja is certified as an advanced negotiator by the renowned Schranner Institute in Zurich. In 2019, she published her book 'Denn Sie wissen, was Sie tun. Wir Frauen erfolgreich verhandeln.' – a book on negotiation with a strong focus on gender communication. She served five years as a lay judge at the District Court of Frankfurt. For the past decade, she has provided seminars on the communication skills needed for negotiation, presentations, and business networking.
