In early 2020, Wendy finished her training as certified systemic coach. Since then, she has mainly coached female students, researchers and gender equality stakeholders from universities. Wendy loves to support her clients in finding their strengths, talents, and inner wisdom and to use them for achieving their real goals and destination at work and in life in general.

Besides her work as systemic coach, she has furthermore been employed at Freie Universität Berlin (FUB), mostly in gender equality positions, for 18 years. Currently, she is working part-time as the main contact person in cases of sexual harassment, discrimination and violence. Wendy graduated with a Magister (Master equivalent) in American studies, business administration and geography from Humboldt-University of Berlin. She also offers workshops on sexual harassment and other gender-related issues at higher education and research institutions.
