"Shaping Diversity" AuditTeaching and Research field of action
Diversity-appropriate teaching aims less at compensating for disadvantages that may arise from individual living situations, contexts of study and learning needs. Rather, the focus is on the opportunity to use the potential of all students creatively and effectively. For teachers, it is important to take a closer look at diversity as a resource and to integrate its advantages into teaching and research in order to increasingly teach diversity literacy in addition to specific subject knowledge.
