Certificate course "E-teaching in University education" I WS 23_24
Dear lecturers of TU Dresden,
The course "E-Teaching in University Education", which has already been held many times, will once again be offered in the 2023/24 winter semester as a digital workspace for interested lecturers in Saxony's higher education landscape. The course covers possible applications of digital media in teaching and can be credited with 60 units for the Saxon university didactics certificate.
You will learn about important media pedagogical and university didactic basics in the topics "Methods and activation in teaching," "Examination and assessment," "Cooperative and collaborative teaching-learning settings," as well as "Supervision of teaching-learning scenarios," and become familiar with various tools for the realization of digitally supported learning units. Step by step, you will develop a didactically sound concept for your own media-supported teaching/learning unit and thus have the opportunity to transfer the course content directly to your teaching.
The semester-long course "E-Teaching in University Education" is designed as a blended learning format. In asynchronous self-learning units, you will get to gripswith initial knowledge impulses on the various topics with the help of an accompanying OPAL course. In hybrid sessions (partly online, partly on-campus), you will deepen this knowledge through interactive elements, discussions with your colleagues, and group work. Our main objective is to build on your respective teaching experiences and to create individual feedback opportunities for you.
In addition to the credits contributing towards your Saxon university didactics certificate, your participation in this course is also recognized for the e-teaching certificate of TU Dresden.
