Team
The digital team of the ZLSB consists of about 15 people who are assigned to five different projects. The projects are funded by the Quality Initiative Teacher Education of the German Federal and State Governments (German abbreviation: BMBF), the Free State of Saxony, and the Saxon State Ministry of Culture (German abbreviation: SMK). If you have any questions about the content or procedures of the projects, please do not hesitate to contact us personally, via telephone or e-mail.

With the connection of the Coordination Office "Digitalization in Teacher Education", funded in the project TUD-Sylber, sub-project 6 "Digitalization as a cross-cutting issue in teacher education", to the Center for Teacher Education, School and Vocational Training Research, a realignment of the location of digitalization-related topics was started in 2021. In order to bundle teacher training activities in this area within the university and to make more targeted use of synergies, all digitalization projects at the ZLSB were spatially consolidated on a separate floor in the teaching building at Ludwig-Ermold-Str. 3.
The digital team at the ZLSB is interdisciplinary. The team includes educators, psychologists, social scientists, and computer scientists who work together to address the challenges of digitalization and its impact on teacher training and the world of schools.
