Accessibility statement for newsletters
This accessibility statement applies to all newsletters sent out via TU Dresden’s newsletter tool. The software we use is provided by our partner Clever Elements.
Technische Universität Dresden undertakes every effort to make its website and mobile applications accessible to all in accordance with the provisions of the Accessible Websites Act (BfWebG) and in conjunction with the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0).

Our newsletter tool and the newsletter generated through its use are partially compatible with the requirements of the BfWebG in conjunction with the BITV 2.0, due to the following incompatibilities and/or exceptions:

- The language of the newsletter/email is not provided.
The templates provided for creating the TUD newsletter are made as accessible as technically possible. The editors at TU Dresden are responsible for the accessibility of the newsletter’s content and its distribution. Guidelines on accessibility are provided centrally to qualify all editors to assume this responsibility.
