8th International Conference on Smart Monitoring, Assessment and Rehabilitation of Civil Structures in Dresden
The SMAR series - International Conference on Smart Monitoring, Assessment, and Rehabilitationof Civil Structures - was launched in Dubai (UAE) in 2011 and has since evolved to various global locations: Istanbul (Turkey) in 2013, Antalya (Turkey) in 2015, Zurich (Switzerland) in 2017, Potsdam (Germany) in 2019 and Shanghai (China) in 2021/22. With a record of more than 350 submissions, the seventh SMAR conference was held in Salerno (Italy) from September 4-6, 2024.
The eighth SMAR conference will provide a forum for international scientists, engineers, companies and infrastructure management to present and discuss the state of the art and recent advances in testing and monitoring technology, structural modeling and assessment methods, and the application of advanced materials for structural rehabilitation.
