Teaching workshop: planning with and without AI

Do you have little time to plan your lectures and seminars? Is the start of the semester just around the corner? Tasks of everyday academic life repeatedly cross your plans to revise the courses? Are you looking for fresh ideas, individual feedback, and a collegial exchange for your teaching? Develop your course for the winter semester 2023/2024 in the training workshop!

In this open format, you have the opportunity to spend a day dealing with the specific further development of your course and, if you wish, to receive inspiration from a wide range of materials, in short keynote speeches, in discussions with colleagues, and in advice from didactics. You will therefore find space, time, and expertise here to deal individually with conceptual questions.

For the first time, AI programs such as ChatGPT and You are also available to you in the training workshop, because we would like to try out with you to what extent they can be helpful in supporting the planning process.

The training workshop is free of charge for teachers at the TU Dresden.
