With immediate effect, the Center for Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching (ZiLL) coordinates the continuing education program in higher education didactics at the TU Dresden as the first point of contact around the topic of teaching. Thus, the ZiLL takes over this task from the Center for Continuing Education. The free continuing education courses are created in close cooperation with the Center for Higher Education Didactics Saxony (HDS) and cover a wide range of topics. The contact persons for advanced training in higher education didactics at the TU Dresden are Michael Sommer and Tobias Weber from the newly founded team General Higher Education Didactics. The two instructors also offer university didactic consultations, job shadowing, coaching as well as qualitative teaching evaluations and provide didactic support in the development of curricula.

•     What impulses and questions can I use to encourage students to participate in a goal-oriented way?
