 Development of a (semi) automated registration and analysis tool 

The main goal of this project is the development of semi-automated registration and analysis tools to improve the usage of the purchase price database. The project is separated in four main fields: Development of survey for buyers of real estate, Development of routing algorithms that are able to describe the influence on the value of real estates, Development and improvement of products to increase the market transparency and bringing the developed products from the last project to use.
