Prof. Schütze is the recipient of the Siegfried-Dyck Preis

Prof. Niels Schütze is the 2023 recipient of the Siegfried-Dyck Award of the Union of Hydrological Sciences of the German Association for water, wastewater and waste (DWA).

He was awarded 2.500 Euro for the development of his Deficit Irrigation Toolbox, an  open-source software for the optimization of irrigation for crops with limited water resources.
