To issue your certificate we need two documents:
1. The protocoll with your marks of the Master's Thesis and Defence from your supervisor
2. Application form from you. You can find it on our website (forms).

Then it will take about 4 weeks to issue it. Please ask es after this period if you can pick it up.

Please send a (certified) copy to your contact at the DAAD. You will find it in your documents from DAAD

Check first, if you have completed all compulsary modules and if you have the necessary amount of credits.

Your supervisor and you choose a suitable topic for you and you both agree on a starting date. Your supervisor forwardes the task to the examination office. We register the task and starting date. Then you will receive an e-mail from us indicating to pick up the task in the examination office. Furthermore, you will also get some guidelines.

You find the date of submission on your task for the Master's thesis. You must come at this date to the examination office to show it. If you must or would like to show your Master's Thesis out of our opening hours, please contact us in advance to make an appointment.

After showing it in the examination office, you submit your thesis to your supervisor.

You will be exmatriculated at the end of semester when you completed your studies.

To receive your certificate it is not necessary to be enrolled into a study course.
