Your new semester is about to begin, and today we would like to invite you to an opportunity that will support you during your studies – and sustainably promote your career. As a female STEM student, we are looking for you in particular! If you want to actively shape the start of your career and exchange ideas with other commited women* from the STEM sector during your studies, this is for you!

Our scholarship offers the chance for personal development and a lifelong network. The Career-Building Programme (taught in English) allows you to act confidently and successfully in future professional challenges and to systematically plan your individual career development. Our coaches will be with you every step of the way. You will get to know current leadership concepts and approaches to dealing with complex situations, and in an innovation workshop you can develop pioneering solutions for the challenges of tomorrow.

Over the course of three schools, you will work on the topics that are important for you today and tomorrow:

• Career Development
• Innovation and Co-Creation
• Building Networks

You will become part of the Femtec network of alumnae, companies and universities, which has been established for 20 years and is spread across numerous industries and countries. You will also receive exclusive access to our partner companies and get insights into their working environments. There are opportunities for many attractive entry-level positions to shape your personal career!
