Use in research
Cross-city results (data sheets and tabular reports) and the comparison of participating cities are available for download on the result pages of the SrV survey rounds 2023, 2018 and 2013.
Cross-city datasets are available for scientific use upon request, subject to a user agreement.
City-specific results and datasets require permission from the respective commissioning institutions (cities, transport companies, transport associations, etc.). This permission must be requested by the user directly from the respective institution. TU Dresden can provide support in establishing contact with the relevant representatives.

City-specific reports are available as tabular reports and data sheets. These have the same structure as the cross-city evaluations, for example of the SrV 2018 on large cities located in Eastern Germany (data sheet and standard tables 1.1 to 11.3 in the tabular report).
The cross-city and city-specific databases can be provided in relational form in Microsoft Access file format or separated by level (households, individuals, trips) in SPSS and CSV formats.
For initial guidance regarding the cities that participated in SrV, the available samples, and the characteristics covered, please refer to the methodological reports on result pages of the SrV survey rounds 2023, 2018 and 2013.
Persons or institutions will not be charged for the use of the evaluations or data sets.
