Our team at NAMA 2024 in Straubing

The Autumn Conference 2024 of the Sustainability Management Section ("WK NAMA") of the German Academic Association for Business Research (VHB) took place on October 10-11, 2024 at the Campus Straubing for Biotechnology and Sustainability of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Dr. Christoph Scope and M.A. Jakob Simang presented a research status on sustainability reporting within the German Bundesliga. M.A. My Hanh Doan and Sophie Holtmann presented the indicators of circular economy in sustainability reports. Important feedback and methodological aspects could be openly discussed with the participants of the session.

As always, the conference offered an excellent platform for exchanging ideas on scientific issues - in the sessions and breaks. This solidarity-based, constructively critical atmosphere is the basis for networking among researchers in the field of sustainability management in the WK NAMA of the VHB.

We would like to thank the organizers of this year's NAMA, especially Prof. Magnus Fröhling, Prof. Claudia Doblinger, Prof. Sebastian J. Goerg and Prof. Alexander Hübner for putting together the program focuses and the excellent hosting. We are looking forward to NAMA 2025, probably in Chemnitz, Germany.
