Notes on the Learning Agreement

Before the stay

There is no automatic recognition at our faculty. The actual recognition process only takes place after your return and submission of all documents! Table B is therefore non-binding, but must be completed for Erasmus funding. The condition can be: "Recognition of academic achievements obtained abroad is still pending" or "Recognition according to the internal rules of TUD".
All Diploma and Master's degree programs; Bachelor's degree programs from PO 2024 have the following options
Subject-specific recognition > equivalent module according to the respective valid module handbook with corresponding ECTS
Structural credit transfer > please enter the remark "structural credit transfer", the ECTS correspond to the ECTS of the partner university
Bachelor's degree programs PO 2017: enter either the corresponding equivalent Wiwi module or the International Qualifications modules.

If you make a change before your stay and the person responsible for the faculty has already signed, please let us know, as we will have to reset our signature before you can make any changes.

You will be informed of this by e-mail, the reason can be found in the top box of the Learning Agreement. Once the reason has been rectified, resubmit the LA for the signature round.

no problem. You create the digital Learning Agreement via Mobility Online. Thanks to a shared platform, the partner university can still view and sign your LA. To be on the safe side, inform the partner university about this.
