Building a solid perspective on scientific career

In the interview, Tatiana states: "Participating in the Maria Reiche Mentoring program has been a great experience that ultimately has had an impact on my career. We had training in different aspects that, I felt, could be applied on an everyday life basis, but also to plan future goals. I acquired personal competences and built a more solid perspective of my scientific career. Thanks to the program, I attended workshops that I probably would not have attended due to travel. Very important was also the interaction with my colleagues, which has been truly enriching. I found a network of supporting peer mentoring with them."
