Title: "Epigenetics, and its role in transcriptional regulation, cell fate and cancer"
Abstract:
My research group studies the role of chromatin-associated proteins (epigenetics) in the regulation of transcription, cell fate decisions and in cancer. The group is also using functional genetic screens to identify potential novel targets for the development of anti-cancer therapy, and has a special interest in acute myeloid leukemia and in glioblastomas.
