Einladung zum General Meeting des Postdoc Council

We are very happy to warmly invite you to our this year's general meeting, which will be combined with a barbecue in the garden of the Graduate Academy, on Thursday 6th June 2024.

The event will start at 6 pm with the barbecue, to first fill up our energy reserves while having the chance to talk to old and new postdoc colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. There will also be three pinboards where you can participate in a little survey.
At around 7 pm, we will give a presentation on the council's activities in the last legislative period (from 06/2023) and on current ongoing processes.
Until around 10 pm, we will have the opportunity to continue discussing postdoc topics and let the BBQ come to an end.

Food and softdrinks are sponsored by the Graduate Academy. Please register here, preferably until this Friday, May 17, noon, to allow us estimating the required amount of food. In addition, we will provide some alcoholic drinks, which have to be paid by yourself. If you want to use that offer, please bring some small coins.
We are really looking forward to your participation in this event and contribution to a lively exchange on postdoc topics.
Last but not least, this event also gives the chance to meet the candidates for the next postdoc council election in person! Until May 22nd, you can still candidate!
