Headache prevention
We all know the feeling of waking up in the morning still tired. You check your phone, get dressed, quickly prepare something for the kids to eat and maybe for yourself as well. In our daily routines, we continually reach our limits.
But what barely anyone knows is that if we constantly overwhelm ourselves, if we sleep or drink too little or too irregularly, skip meals and breaks, and try to do a million things at once, our bodies will react with recurring headaches. 70 percent of the employed population in Germany suffers from them.
Headaches are not the problem of a select few – they affect all of us! Therefore, we invite you to take advantage of the services and resources available and to take part in our headache prevention measures.
