Diversity TU go: All just isolated incidents? Gender-specific harassment and violence at the university.
Universities are supposed to be places where we can think, learn and develop freely. However, the UniSAFE research project showed that gender-specific violence is a reality here too. Why does this form of violence actually find its place at university? We will explore this question together, shed light on dynamics such as sexism, harassment and abuse of power and ask which structures encourage this. The input invites you to get into conversation, share perspectives and take away ideas on how universities can become safe and respectful spaces for everyone.
