Brief description:

The aim of the pilot project is to develop a modular, company-specific and workplace-oriented further training program for and with employees from small companies (up to 20 employees) in the nature and environment sector in the Bautzen region: Presence phase-coaching-self-directed learning to develop, implement and evaluate in order to make the structures of companies more efficient and to strengthen the personal and professional opportunities of the individual.
