Our research goal is to develop evidence-based theories for the field of vocational education and training and to publish them with high impact both nationally and internationally. We want to uncover the conditions, developments, effects and mechanisms of vocational education and training and thus contribute to theory development. In terms of content, we deal with the technology-based measurement and development of vocational skills, vocational teaching and learning and the professionalism of teachers in vocational schools.
