Vocational didactics laboratory and process technology: basics
Aims and contents
The module comprises: Methods and objects of vocational science/vocational field didactics laboratory and process technology; objectives and content of vocational learning, areas of activity and principles for planning and designing vocational teaching/learning processes, treatment of scientific aspects in the vocational field of laboratory and process technology, use of experiments in teaching.
After completing the module, students will be familiar with areas of activity for planning and designing vocational teaching and learning processes. Based on the didactic work analysis in typical professional areas of activity in laboratory and process technology, they will be able to derive content for teaching and structure it logically. With the insights gained, teaching processes for the treatment of exemplary content can be planned or varied and evaluated in a theory-conscious manner, focusing on the treatment of scientific aspects. Students master the design of all aspects of the experimental method.
