Project Meeting of the EUVET-P Consortium in Lisbon
From 4–5 December, the second transnational project meeting of the EUVET-P consortium took place in Lisbon, generously hosted by AidLearn. The meeting brought together representatives from all partner institutions, including the Technical University Dresden (Germany),Kek Axia (Greece), Andras (Estonia) and AidLearn (Portugal), to jointly review the project’s progress and shape the next steps.
A central focus of the meeting was the presentation and discussion of the validation results of the newly developed learning materials on EU VET policy tools and instruments. These insights provided valuable feedback on the clarity, practical relevance, and pedagogical quality of the units. Based on this, the consortium identified key areas for refinement to ensure strong application orientation and suitability for the diverse target groups across Europe.
Next Steps: Finalization of the Learning Materials
Building on the validation phase, the consortium agreed on the next concrete milestone: The learning materials will now be revised and further optimized, integrating the gathered feedback and aligning all units to a consistent structure and high-quality standard.
The final versions of the materials are expected to be made available in the course of next year and will serve as a central outcome of the EUVET-P project.
Strengthening Collaboration and Planning Ahead
Beyond technical discussions, the meeting fostered strong collaboration among partners. Joint planning sessions helped shape the upcoming work packages, including dissemination activities, preparation of the final event, and ensuring long-term impact of the project results. The constructive working atmosphere once again highlighted the value of cross-national cooperation within EUVET-P.
Cultural Exchange in Lisbon
A cultural highlight complemented the working sessions: the consortium visited the Ah Amália experience, offering an engaging introduction to the history and emotional depth of Portuguese Fado. This cultural exchange enriched the meeting and further strengthened the interpersonal connections between project partners.
