Our project partners come from various regions of Europe, each bringing unique expertise in vocational and adult education, as well as experience in European collaboration. Through this partnership, we combine our strengths to effectively and practically support the implementation of EU VET tools.

Chair of Adult Education/TUD Dresden University of Technology
About TU Dresden is one of the largest universities in Germany, offering a wide range of educational programs. In addition to Bachelor's, Master's, and Diploma programs, the university also trains teachers for general education and vocational schools. Furthermore, TU Dresden is actively involved in dual vocational training.
The Chair of Adult Education, led by Prof. Dr. Sandra Bohlinger, is responsible for the project. This chair has strong research expertise in comparative education, educational governance, and educational policy, particularly in the fields of vocational education and training (VET) and adult education. It also has extensive experience in teacher education for vocational schools and adult education, as well as in teaching.

Andras, Estonia
About
AEAE Andras is a prominent NGO established in 1991 and cooperates with the Ministry of Education and Research and serves as the national coordinator for the AGENDA initiative. Andras is also a member of the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) and the European Basic Skills Network (EBSN).
The mission of Andras is to create the necessary conditions for lifelong learning in Estonia, engaging decision-makers and stakeholders in designing an effective educational environment while motivating learners throughout their educational journeys.
Andras is actively involved in several key activities, including contributing to the development of education policy to influence positive changes in the sector and promoting adult education and the concept of lifelong learning to build a supportive educational environment. Additionally, it participates in national and international projects focused on enhancing adult learning opportunities and recognizes the profession of adult educators by promoting the attainment of professional qualifications.

The center is committed to designing and conducting innovative training programs that respond to identified market needs. EKPAIDEFTIRIA KALOSKAMI also creates methodologies and develops pedagogical tools based on non-formal educational approaches.vThrough continuous professional and organizational development, the organization engages in collaborative practices within the EU community.
