THE STUDY OF WTH/S

The subject of Economics, Technology and Home Economics/Social Studies offers a wide range of modules and courses in the degree program Teacher Training - Middle Schools.

The requirements for admission to the university and for enrollment are regulated in the enrollment regulations of TU Dresden. There are no further requirements for enrolment in the subject WTH/S.

WTH/S is a second subject for Teacher Training - Middle Schools in Saxony. Various subject combinations are possible.

Course content

The study of WTH/S goes hand in hand with the study of educational sciences and another subject for secondary schools. The course content of the subject can be found in the study regulations.

Work placement

A prerequisite for admission to the First State Examination is proof of 2 months of relevant work experience.
All questions regarding the work placement, e.g. crediting, will be answered directly by LaSuB staff (Nadja Mitschke and Silke Zienert).
